Fantastic service! Very well priced, and was able to book me in with 4 days notice (including a weekend within those 4 days). Arrived bang on time (they phone 1 hour before arrival and stuck to this very well), and were very friendly. I’ll be using them again if I need another windscreen replacement in future:)

So I heard about budet window srceen from a mate so fault I'll give them a call so I contacted them got a email from Steve wasn't the best at making me awhile of what I needed to do I.e pay the invoice for your booking to be confirmed. It's not ever day I get a new window fitted but nevertheless the gentleman that come to fit my glass was 12/10 would.100% pass his name to.my mates. He turned up and before I could offer him a drink he was done and just because of him I wouldn't think twice before calling buget again

I cannot recommend Budget Windscreens highly enough. Communication was absolutely fantastic. I was booked in promptly and Danny the fitter was quick, efficient, very friendly and polite. 10/10 for value for money, less than half of what I was quoted by Autoglass. The customer service personnel I spoke to was highly unhelpful,disrespectful and aggressive, I booked a windscreen replacement, I was giving an appointment for today 27th of Dec 2023, and was told the installer will call to let me know when he will be on ground ,I received no call,and I called the customer service to find out when to be expecting the installer and before I say anything the customer service was just talking over me and will not allow me to make my statement, I told him I called to ,he jumped in again and start talking over me ,you are meant to be around between 9am to 4pm,I want to say,I only want to know what time the installer will be around, he wouldn't allow me to make the statement, I just end the conversation because needless to have a conversation with such a terrible and difficult individual..

Very impressed with the service I received From Budget Windscreens. My windscreen was partially detatched from the car and for a very reasonable price it was rebonded whilst I waited. The work took place the day after I booked it in. The fitters were clearly experienced and explained what had been done to the windscreen and polished it up like new before I drove the car away + no more water leaks.
Budget Windscreens were more than half the cost of our national suppliers and available within 3 days which was a bonus.The gentleman who replaced ours was polite, friendly and very courteous to the point he even refused a coffee as he wanted to get the work done !He left everything in a clean state and got the job done!

Requested a quote from Budget windscreens early on Friday morning. Steve contacted me with the quoted price of just over 200 pounds, where other companies had been well over 600 and 800.The booking was arranged for the following Monday and was paid up front via PayPal invoice. The fitter called at 9am to say he was in Bedford finishing a job and would be with me (just outside of Cambridge) by 11. He was on the drive ready to start by 10:30. Swift process and hassle free, great service and great price. Would recommend and use again in the event of needing another Windscreen.

Disappointed with the quality of the windscreen installation. I complained and they sent the same guy back who said it’s perfectly fine and he left. The gap between the windscreen and the Pan roof Glass is so big now and the 2 top corners stick up and don’t sit flush. To top it off they got the black silicon which sticks the window on inside the car. Price was cheap but wish I paid the extra for a better job. Don’t recommend
Rear door window glass shattered for no apparent reason, kids & bb gun possibly, but a quick quote request to budget windscreens got an immediate response, very competitive and a promise of a technician two working days later. Impressive and it happened just as promised. Great service. 👍

A crack appeared in my windscreen. I called a few companies and Budget Windscreens came in by far the cheapest. I didn't really know what I needed so they looked up my car details and confirmed what windscreen type I had. We booked in a fitter for 2 days time who turned up on time, was very polite and friendly and completed the replacement with no fuss within about an hour. 5 stars!!!

Great service, appointment had to be changed due to the weather, but I was kept updated.. Two days later the job was complete.I was told the previous windscreen was even fitted properly! Which wasn't budget windscreens!.Hopefully no more leaks on the footwell!!

This company was recommended by my trusted garage where I have a friend. I phoned them yesterday in the morning and I have a new windscreen fitted at 3.45 the next day. It was £300 for the best windscreen they did for my car i.e. a heated one for a 12 year old Ford Mondeo. They did the work at my workplace in the car park and it took about 1.5 hours. The chap who did the work was just a nice clearly experienced chap and I didnt have to answer any questions or...anything. I just gave him the keys and within less than two hours the job was done. I had to pay before booking but this was straight forward as they sent me an email with a Paypal link that did it all for me apart from press the "yes I want to pay this much" button. The reason this went well is because I took the advice of the garage I use for everything else - Chapman Autos in Braintree who, again, are brilliant but took me about 15 years to find having lived here for 20 years. Everyone else apart from Chapman and Budget windscreens have been a nightmare to deal with and twice the price. My biz partner needed his clutch done and was quoted £800 to £900. He took it to Chapmans and it was £600. Maybe he did us a special price, I dont know, but even so Im pretty sure what you get with both these companies is the same as top quality brand garage services without the extra price of the brand. No complaints. Completely happy and Im not a rich man by any stretch of the imagination.
